Services

I offer tailored solutions within website development, webshop creation and online marketing exclusively for business customers (B2B). All prices are quoted exclusive of Danish VAT, which reflects my focus on the B2B market.

Pricing and Payment

The prices for my services are agreed individually based on the scope of the project and the specific needs of the customer. A written agreement including a detailed description of services and the agreed price will be forwarded to the customer before work begins. For projects over DKK 10,000, a payment of one third of the total amount is required in advance. The remaining balance is invoiced at the end of the project.

No Commitment Period or Hidden Fees

My services include no lock-in period or hidden fees. Websites and webshops are delivered against a one-off payment, after which the customer acquires full ownership. Online Marketing Services are offered on a month-to-month basis.

Billing through Factofly

Since I operate without a CVR number, Factofly is used for invoicing. Factofly is a platform that enables invoicing for freelancers and the self-employed without a registered company. When we have agreed terms and prices for a project, the customer will receive an order confirmation from Factofly, which marks the official start of the work. This process ensures transparent and secure handling of payments between the parties. At the end of the project, the final invoice is issued via Factofly, and payment is made in accordance with the agreed conditions.

Changes and Cancellation

Any changes to the agreed scope of work after the start of the project must be agreed in writing between the parties. Canceling a project after work has begun may incur a fee, depending on the extent of work already completed.

Data management

I undertake to handle all customer data and information with the highest degree of confidentiality. Personal and business information will only be used in connection with the performance of the agreed services and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
