Everything starts with a contact form on the website – a seemingly simple tool that acts as a first meeting point between customers and company. When a potential client submits information via the form, the first step in a complex chain of actions is taken. In my case, the company's CVR number is used as the key to a treasure trove of information.

Once the form is submitted, the AI framework comes into effect. Think of it as a brain that coordinates multiple specialized 'thoughts' or AI agents. Here, an AI agent is the 'boss', which is set and trained to delegate tasks to other AI agents based on the collected data.

Subsequently, the second AI agent takes the information that the first agent has collected and processes it into a coherent report. This report contains everything worth knowing about the company, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

The third AI agent focuses on SEO and marketing analysis. This agent uses the collected data to assess the company's online presence and prepares an overall analysis of the marketing strategy.

Output: The Total Value

The collected and processed data culminates in a structured output that is presented in a clear and action-oriented way. This information pack will be a crucial resource as I prepare for the initial dialogue with the company. With a well-informed basis, I can precisely identify which services and solutions match the company's current position and future needs.

This approach ensures that, even before the first interview, I have a deep understanding of the company's operational landscape. I can identify areas where my expertise will be most beneficial and, just as importantly, recognize the aspects where the company may not need my services. It is this adaptability and preparation that can create the basis for a trusting and value-creating customer relationship from the start.

The implementation of AI agents has brought significant benefits for the company. Work processes have become more efficient, and the time previously spent on manual data collection and analysis can now be reallocated to other value-creating activities. At the same time, the precision of the collected data and the analyzes is improved, which reduces the risk of human error.

However, it is not without challenges. Ensuring data quality and relevance requires careful setting and maintenance of the AI agents. Furthermore, it is important to navigate ethical and regulatory terrain when applying AI for data collection and analysis.
